About Us

CalmBar was born from a need to get back to basics; a need to rediscover the ‘being’ in human beings. A need to catch our breath. And it all starts with our first breath.

Our own journey of discovery took us to Australia’s wild alpine region. We shivered in icy streams, we sweated in sweltering saunas, and we filled our lungs until they almost burst.

It was there, in that harsh environment that we found what we’d been looking for; the three crucial elements of life: fire, water, and air.

The experience left us powerfully transformed; physically and mentally. It was so life-changing, we felt compelled to share it with others. We share this through CalmBar. 

CalmBar brings that same sense of self-discovery and empowerment we found in the mountains, to Rozelle on the the Balmain Peninsula in Sydney’s Inner West.
