Tony is a qualified Master Breathwork Coach, certified through the Breathless Academy, and is currently deepening his expertise in nervous system regulation through the Primal Trust Academy.
Passionate about helping people build resilience, manage stress, and unlock their full potential, Tony’s approach is warm, knowledgeable, and deeply human. Whether guiding someone through their first ice bath, a breathwork session, or a nervous system reset, he brings empathy, insight, and precision to every session.
His personal journey - juggling a a busy corporate career, business, family, and health conditions inspired him to create CalmBar: a sanctuary where people can pause, reset, and reconnect with themselves.

Vanessa is an Exercise Scientist, qualified Movement Therapist, and international educator dedicated to helping people live, move, and feel fundamentally BETTER. With a Bachelor of Exercise Science and over 18 years of industry leadership, Vanessa approaches wellness with a unique focus on Movement Therapy - a philosophy grounded in enhancing human function and longevity. Passionate about helping people find freedom in their bodies, restore fluid flow, and unlock their full physical potential, Vanessa’s approach is personalized, knowledgeable, and deeply human. Whether guiding someone through a bespoke 1:1 session, a movement workshop, or a powerful mobility routine, she brings empathy, precision, and authority to every session.
INTRODUCTORY
1:1 breath & ice bath experience
If you’re curious to explore breathwork and cold exposure in a supportive environment, this one-on-one session is the perfect place to begin. We'll guide you through a personalised breathwork session tailored to your unique physiology, goals, and emotional state. Together, we’ll explore different breathing techniques designed to regulate your nervous system, enhance your current breathing, and bring you into a deeper connection with your body.
From there, you’ll move into a guided ice bath experience, customised to your comfort level and guided with expert support. This session offers a safe and empowering introduction to the benefits of breathwork and cold exposure, helping activate your body’s adaptive stress response. You’ll finish feeling centred, calm, and reconnected to your body’s natural rhythm and innate intelligence.
INTRODUCTORY
1:1 movement & infrared sauna experience
This 60-minute session, led by Vanessa blends movement, heat, and hands-on therapy to support your body’s natural recovery, circulation, and lymphatic flow. Designed for anyone wanting to feel lighter, move better, and reset deeply. You’ll begin with guided mobility work outside the sauna, warming the joints, activating the core, and opening the major pathways for lymphatic flow. Then you’ll transition into the infrared sauna for heat-assisted movement, using stretching, flowing mobility, and breath to enhance circulation, release tension, and support detoxification. Your session completes with a lymphatic drainage massage, helping reduce fluid retention, boost recovery, and leave you feeling clear, open, and deeply restored.
SIX-WEEK
1:1 nervous system reset
For those feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or out of balance, this six-week personalised coaching program provides a gentle, supportive pathway back to calm. Your journey begins with an in-depth assessment of your overall wellbeing, breathing patterns, movement and nervous system function. From there, we develop a tailored plan combining breathwork, somatic awareness, movement and lifestyle adjustments to help restore equilibrium.
We’ll use breathwork and cold exposure to activate the body’s natural adaptive stress response. As your system learns to regulate and expand, you’ll find your energy more stable, your focus sharper, and your emotional state more grounded. Each session builds upon the last. By the end of six weeks, you’ll have a personalised toolkit for maintaining balance, plus a renewed confidence in your body’s ability to self-regulate, and build capacity to adapt stress.

Once you’ve established a foundation of regulation, this advanced 1:1 coaching program invites you to go deeper - exploring the connection between your breath, emotions, and inner landscape. It's about expanding your capacity for presence, creativity, and resilience while aligning more fully with your personal values and authentic self. Through tailored breathwork, somatic coaching, and nervous system expansion practices, you’ll learn to meet stress with awareness, regulate emotions with skill, and respond to life from a grounded state rather than reactivity.
As you strengthen your somatic presence, you open space for profound self-discovery reconnecting with what truly matters to you and integrating that awareness into everyday life. This is where transformation becomes embodied: developing emotional freedom, inner strength, and the ability to live and clarity, sense of calm and confidence.
