Sonic Sanctuary is a guided journey combining the powerful practices of conscious breathwork, vibrational sound healing, and gentle Reiki energy healing. This immersive event is crafted to help you drop into stillness, release stress, and align with your natural state of balance and calm. Deep Relaxation
Slow down, let go, and sink into stillness. Join us every Thursday evening at CalmBar for a 60-minute Deep Relaxation breathwork session designed to help you unwind, reset your nervous system, and release the tension of the week. Through gentle, guided breathwork, you'll tap into a deep state of calm - supporting better sleep, reducing stress, and creating space to reconnect with yourself. Perfect for all levels, no experience needed - just come as you are.
Movement Therapy
Discover the CalmBar approach to movement in a guided introductory session led by Vannessa. You'll be invited to explore movement as medicine - helping you reconnect with your body, enhance mobility and overall movement capacity and function. Your first session blends curated techniques and gentle progressions to give you a true sense of what tailored movement therapy can offer. Conscious & Connected Breathwork
A guided breathwork practice designed to help you slow down, reconnect and reset your nervous system. Using a continuous, rhythmic breath, this session gently quiets mental noise, releases stored tension and restores a sense of calm and clarity. Over time, the practice builds emotional resilience, improves focus and supports a deeper connection to your body - leaving you feeling lighter, grounded and more present.
Organic Sound Bath Experience
Step into a sanctuary of stillness where sound becomes medicine. Using Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, and sacred tones, this immersive experience calms the mind, releases emotional tension, and restores energetic balance. Each bowl is intuitively played, creating full-body vibrations that reset your nervous system and open pathways to peace. Perfect for deep relaxation, emotional release, and renewing your energy.
