Yes. Book as many 60 minute sauna and ice bath sessions, and classes as you like during your 2-week window. To maintain fairness for other customers one sauna and ice bath booking per day is allowed.
Yes. All regular weekly classes are included. Workshops are excluded.
No. This is a standalone intro offer with no obligation to continue.
If you love how you feel (most people do), we’ll walk you through membership options. If not, that’s completely okay. Your unlimited access ends, but we have several multi-pack options available so that you can continue enjoying the amazing benefits of regular sauna and ice bath sessions and our classes.
Yes bring a friend for free to any infrared sauna and ice bath session, but the primary membership holder must be present at all appointments. Invite a friend to any class, the the advertised class cost will apply (extra charge).
